One of my favorite things about film: happy accidents.
HISTORIC PHOTOGRAPHY. (More specifically, architectural historic photography.)
Some of my favorite historical things??? It’s just so amazing to me to see how much things change over time. (When I was in middle school, my parents bought a “Then and Now” photography book of our town - and I still love looking through it. And I’ve been fascinated ever since.)
Just to see the art and the signs and typography and fashion and technology and to think that these things existed and were put to common use is just so incredibly exciting to me! And the people within those environments!
